Position Summary: As a Part-Time Fitness Equipment Installer & Technician (PT Tech), you will be responsible for:

Repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment.
Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional.
Managing service calls & equipment diagnostics independently.
Providing top-tier customer service at commercial and residential sites.
Tracking & reporting service work and equipment expenses.
Paperwork, part ordering, customer service.

This is a hands-on technical role that requires experience, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

Job Requirements

✅ Minimum 4+ years of repair or fitness equipment service experience (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
✅ Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred)
✅ Must live within 25 minutes of Fenton, MO (63026)
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Professional appearance & strong communication skills
✅ Ability to lift 200 lbs & pass an annual PT test
✅ Must pass a background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited)
✅ Smoke & vape-free workplace

📆 Work Schedule & Pay

Full-time employment (30 - 40+ hours per week)
Monday–Friday (Business Hours)
Some Saturday & out-of-town work (1-2 trips/month, may increase)
Eligible for bonuses & promotions after 1 year
Pay: $18 - $26 per hour, based on experience after probationary period
All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months & 200 hours before being considered for employment
